PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, October 25th, 2021, Oliver Council at its Regular Open Meeting will consider third reading of Packinghouse Lane Road Usage Bylaw 1401, a bylaw to restrict motor vehicle traffic on a portion of Packinghouse Lane.

Any person who believes their interests may be affected by the adoption of the proposed Bylaw may submit written comments by mail or email, to Corporate Services. Written submissions must be received no later than 2:00 PM, Monday, October 25th, 2021.
Written submissions may be hand delivered or sent by regular mail to Corporate Services, P.O. 638, 6150 Main Street, Oliver, BC V0H 1T0; faxed to 250 498 4466, or emailed to admin@oliver.ca. Any persons who wishes to appear before Council please contract Corporate Services to register your attendance.
