Reminder of Permitted Early Water Usage
The Town of Oliver would like to remind all irrigation customers that the official start of the 2026 Irrigation Season is Monday, April 13, 2026.
Town staff began activating irrigation spray fill services on Friday, March 20, 2026. Please note that early water is strictly limited to usage for spray water or new tree plantings only.
Until the canal is full and the irrigation season officially begins on April 14, there is insufficient capacity to support any irrigation use. Recent reports of low pressure and lack of water in Systems 4, 6, and 7 highlight the importance of adhering to these restrictions.
Irrigation customers are reminded that using early water for any purpose other than spray water or new tree plantings is not permitted. Customers found in violation will have their water service turned off until the start of the irrigation season and will be required to pay the applicable $125.58 turn on fee.
