Important Notice – Online Services

We want to ensure our residents and water service customers are prepared in case postal services are interrupted for a while, which may impact various services the Town provides.

Here’s what that means for you:

  • Utility Bills – the next bill will be ready to send out the week of September 29, 2025, and will be due November 13, 2025.

Options to receive your utility bill:

Options for paying your utility bill:

  • cash, cheque, or debit at the Finance Office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • online banking: you will need to add “Oliver, Town of, Utilities” as a payee (search for Oliver (ensure it is Oliver, BC) and choose from the drop down for utilities)
    o When setting up your account number for online banking, please use the 13 digits of your utility account number on your invoice. Do not include spaces or dashes. This can be found on the top left-hand corner of your utility bill located under the Town of Oliver phone number.
  • credit card online with paymentus (please note that a third-party 2.5% service fee applies to this payment method. Credit cards are not accepted in person at the Town offices)
    o be sure to include your full 13 digit utility account number as printed on your invoice. Do not include spaces or dashes.
