Irrigation System Water Restriction Take Effect Immediately
Due a transformer malfunction at the Hester Creek Pumphouse, this pumphouse will not be up and running again until further notice. Fortis BC will be completing the repairs.
As a result, irrigation water in Systems 4, 5, 6, and 7 (all properties south of Town) will be reduced and we are requesting that users limit their irrigation water usage as much as possible. Higher elevation areas will experience a more significant loss of water pressure than lower elevation areas.
The Town of Oliver would like to thank you for your cooperation while we work to bring Hester Creek Pumphouse back into service.
